To delete the data Creator Intelligence holds from your Facebook, Instagram or Threads account, remove the app under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites in Facebook (or the equivalent in Instagram or Threads). Meta then sends us a deletion request and gives you a confirmation code you can check on this page. You can also disconnect an account, or delete your whole Creator Intelligence account, from the Accounts page inside the app.
